The jobs that are too small for a big firm to turn out for, and that have been on the list since last spring.
- Dripping taps, running toilets and blocked wastes
- Silicone sealant renewed around baths and sinks
- Filling, patching and making good
- Radiator removal and refitting for decorating
- Extractor fans, door bells and outdoor taps
- Guttering cleared, refixed or replaced
If you have half a dozen of these, write them all down and I will do them in one visit — it is far better value than calling somebody out six times.
